First Baptist Church of Monticello, Arkansas is a growing, multi-generational, mission-minded fellowship of believers seeking our next Student Pastor. We have a dynamic, growing student ministry that is equipped and ready for the next pastor to come in and take the reins, leading our students in discipleship, evangelism, and ministry. We have excellent resources (physical, financial, and more) with both adult and student leadership that is poised to continue the work God is doing in Monticello and beyond.
Seminary education is preferred, but not required. Salary commensurate with education and experience.
