Ironbridge Church is a vibrant, growing church just south of Richmond, Virginia, committed to guiding generations to follow Christ, one home at a time. We believe student ministry is more than games and events; it's about raising up young disciples who know God, live on mission, and walk in gospel-centered community. We're looking for a relational, biblically grounded leader who is passionate about reaching middle and high school students with the truth of God's Word and equipping them to own their faith in a rapidly changing world.

The ideal candidate is someone who connects well with students, communicates with clarity and conviction, and understands the value of partnering with parents and building strong volunteer teams. In this role, you'll oversee weekly gatherings, build relationships both inside and outside the church, lead retreats and events, and help integrate students into the broader life of the church. You'll be part of a collaborative staff team that values prayer, creativity, and teamwork, with strong support from church leadership and a growing base of young families.
