Redeemer Church is seeking a godly, passionate, and relational leader to serve as the Albany Youth and College Director, discipling middle school, high school, and college students while equipping leaders to do the same. This role requires a dynamic communicator and team builder who can cultivate a thriving student ministry, engage families, and create environments where young people encounter Christ and grow in their faith.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Develop Youth and College Ministries – Oversee and implement ministry programs for junior high, high school, and college students, ensuring alignment with the church's vision.

• Recruit, Train, and Equip Volunteers – Build and mentor a high-capacity volunteer team to

support youth and college discipleship efforts.

• Preach and Teach – Deliver biblical messages and lead discipleship initiatives for students

and leaders.

• Plan and Execute Events – Organize retreats, worship nights, outreach events, and

leadership training programs for youth and college students.

• Provide Pastoral Support – Offer spiritual guidance, counsel families, and assist the Campus Pastor with weekend services.

Key Qualifications

• Passion for Youth and College Ministry – A heart for evangelism and discipleship among

students and young adults.

• Strong Leadership and Relational Skills – Ability to develop leaders, foster community, and

•Excellent communicator- Skilled in preaching, teaching, and engaging with youth ans

• Organized and Action-Oriented – Capable of managing multiple programs, events, and

• Relevant Ministry Experience – Experience leading youth or college ministry with a Bible College or Seminary degree preferred.
