Job Overview

To serve God and His church, specifically, Thomasville Road Baptist Church, by being directly responsible for the student ministry (youth and college) of the church. This position will lead, coordinate, supervise, and minister to educational and ministry volunteers, interns, and if applicable, paid assistants.

Job Description

The Student Pastor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating the student ministry to middle school, high school, and college age students. They will be responsible for cultivating a biblical culture within the ministry that equips students to do the work of the ministry, sharing the Good News of Christ, and to be true disciples of Jesus. The Student Pastor will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and equipping leaders, volunteers, interns, and maybe paid staff.
