Tri-City Baptist Church in Conover, NC is seeking a full-time Student Minister. This position is responsible for planning and directing a comprehensive, energetic, and life changing ministry for middle and high school students.

· Live and model a devoted Christian life.

· Set goals, establish programs, provide leadership, and develop strategies and policies for student ministry that support the overall mission and strategies of the church.

· Effectively teach, guide, evangelize, and lead students.

· Recruit, train, and lead student ministry volunteers in providing a comprehensive, spirit-filled student ministry program.

· Counsel students and support parents in leading students in adopting and maintaining a Christian lifestyle.

· Prepare and maintain a ministry budget and account for expenditures according to church procedures.

· Assist the senior pastor and other staff members as needed.

Qualifications include a relevant BA/BS and at least 3 year's related experience.
