Student Pastor

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and innovative leader to join our team and lead our growing Student Ministry of 80 plus students. We maintain a dedicated Student Ministry Building with stage and tech system.

Primary Responsibilities

· Lead students and their families to follow Jesus.

· Invite, train, and empower volunteers to provide leadership within the Student Ministry.

· Maintain a volunteer schedule and communicate with volunteers.

· Lead creative team meetings to implement activities and curriculum on Sundays and Wednesday nights.

· Follow up with first-time guests helping them make a smooth transition to Trinity.

· Oversee communication between the church, students and families.

· Adapt and prepare curriculum for students ages middle school through high school.

· Oversee the setup and operation of all related Student Ministry environments on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights.

· Oversee Wednesday night programming for students.

· Oversee the Student Ministry budget, and plan select special events as needed.

· Participate in staff meetings and other meetings as scheduled.

· Plan and lead Student Ministry events such as Camp, Mission Trips, Community Impact and discipleship-type activities.

Education and Experience

· Bible College and/or Seminary preferred.

· Prior fulltime church experience in Student Ministry.

· Experience working with and developing ministry teams.

· Proven track record of bringing new and fresh ideas to ministry.

· Experience shepherding students and parents in a church setting.
