Student & Worship Pastor

Calvary Baptist Pearland is a small but growing congregation south of Houston. We recently went through a revitalization process and have seen growth in our student ministry. We're now searching for dual-role position of Student/Worship Pastor.

Worship Pastor

• Biblically solid and spiritually qualified musician who loves Jesus
• Strong vocalist skilled in guitar and/or keyboard
• Some previous experience leading worship teams
• Ability to lead worship in a diversity of styles
• Appreciation for songs written throughout church history
• Desire to evangelize and minister

Student Pastor

• Biblically solid and spiritually qualified person with a love for Jesus and students (6th-12th grade)
• Previous experience working with students
• Ability to organize, lead, and multiply volunteers for expansion of student ministry
• Create and implement plans for evangelistic efforts through student ministry
• Desire to evangelize and minister
