Are you passionate about leading others and growing in your faith? As a Summer Staff Lead you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Summer Staff team while developing your leadership and ministry skills. You'll help plan and implement the Summer Staff Program, create a Christ-centered community, and serve your fellow team members through prayer, mentorship, and event coordination. This position is ideal for young adults who are looking to step into leadership, serve others, and make a lasting impact.
Onsite Housing and Meals Provided -Pay rate starts at an average of $475 per week.

Program Responsibilities:
- Chapel & Community Groups: Assist in preparing chapel spaces, lead community groups, and provide a welcoming atmosphere for growth and fellowship.
- Event Coordination: Plan and host weekly events for Summer Staff that build community and foster connection.
- Daily Engagement: Stay connected with the team, post updates on social media, and capture moments to share with the community.

Position Qualifications:
Staffers must have an authentic and growing relationship with Jesus, have great communication skills, and be self-motivated. There will be long/busy days and staffers should be prepared to work hard both mentally, and physically. We offer an opportunity for those in the program to learn and develop skills that are useful in everyday life. Through training and hands-on experience, you have the opportunity to learn about leadership and the responsibilities that come with it.
- Be on call 24/7 for emergencies, supporting team members as needed.
- Work at least 15 hours per week in various departments across campus.
- Stay in communication with department supervisors to ensure Summer Staff is supported.
- Manage social media updates and keep information boards current.
- Must arrive one week early for specific leadership training.
