Job Description

World Gospel Outreach is looking for the right person to join our team in the role of EAGLE (Encourage, Affirm, Give, Lead & Educate) Teachers. The Teacher will be expected to prepare and plan instructional and educational activities and learning materials as well as preparing the classroom for said lessons and activities. They will oversee, monitor and keep record of students progress and learning and be expected to convey this information to parents, colleagues and students. They will be expected to stay up to date with developments regarding education, including changes in teaching methods and materials and adjust their curriculums accordingly. The teacher will also perform some pastoral duties such as student support, counseling students with academic problems and providing encouragement. They will also be expected to be involved in extracurricular activities including sporting events, social activities, clubs and student organizations.
