Tech & Production Coordinator

The Tech & Production Coordinator will work under the direction of the Worship & Arts Pastor to assist in accomplishing the church's technical and production needs weekly and upcoming.

You are:

A follower of Jesus who desires to plug into a great church family. Gifted in creative elements such as mixing, lighting, and videography.Humble, coachable, and open to feedback. A clear communicator who can speak to different audiences with varying levels of understanding of technology and production equipment.Experienced in local church ministry.Experienced with leading a volunteer team. Willing to be a committed member of Gateway.

You will:

Oversee all AVL (audio, video, lighting) equipment on campus (Worship Center, Education Building, Student Building, Chapel) and ensure it is in proper working order. Also, oversee repairing and updating as discussed with the Worship & Arts Pastor and ministry leader.Operate as the technical point person, ensuring all technical elements in the service plan are in place and that volunteers are fully engaged and communicated withSchedule, manage, recruit, and train tech team volunteers to provide for all Sunday services and special events. This includes lights, sound, camera operators, ProPresenter operators, and monitoring of the Sunday livestream.Assist Worship & Arts Pastor as needed in the creative development and planning of all Sunday services and various worship opportunities throughout the year. Input sermon notes and scriptures into Propresenter using current series artwork or an approved generic theme template for a single message or guest speaker.Load weekly song lyrics into ProPresenter.Ensure all ProPresenter service media has been loaded and checked for spelling and correctness. Maintain an up-to-date inventory list of audio, video, and lighting equipment for all facilities.

Extensive knowledge of Apple products and software (iOS, iPadOS, MacOS)Production equipment such as DLive and X32Software such as ProPresenter, Planning Center, and Google Workspace.
