Job Overview

We are looking for a man to enroll in the free Timothy Pastoral Apprenticeship (TPA) program and to receive ministry opportunities and training through River Community Church in Dell Rapids, South Dakota. For the right candidate, we anticipate being able to offer free housing (2000 square foot apartment) and utilities, and perhaps a salary as well.

Job Description

We have a long history of training men through the TPA. We offer TPA students a wide variety of ministry experiences to prepare them for full-time vocational ministry. Ministry experiences include: elder board meetings, teaching Sunday school and Wednesday night classes, leading ministry teams, counseling, visitation, weddings, funerals, preaching, worship leadership, planning events, etc.
