Job Description

The Youth Director will execute the mission of connecting youth to a real relationship with Christ and His Church through ongoing planning, team building/training, pastoral care, teaching, and outreach to Boston-area students. This staff member is excited about leading our student ministry through a new season of growth. Two key areas of growth for this new season are: 1) Empowering and releasing Youth Leadership Team to function at full capacity in their respective roles in the leadership pathway 2) Developing and implementing a robust plan for youth mentorship in apartment complexes where Charles River Church is uniquely positioned for impact.
