Job Overview

Christ Church Anglican is a new fellowship of evangelical Christians meeting in Wichita Falls, TX, a cowboy and college city of about 100,000 people.

We are searching for a committed follower of Jesus who is either a Bible-College or Seminary student (either a music/worship major or a theology/Christian studies major with musical talent) or a worship leader willing to take on the responsibility of helping lead worship for another congregation.

Christ Church is a restful where Jesus is the center of rooted, reverent, and passionate worship.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating the weekly liturgy from the Book of Common Prayer (BCP) with the Licensed Credentialed Pastor (LCP), or Visiting Vicar or Bishop if there is a special liturgical celebration such as Holy Communion (The Eucharist), baptism, or confirmation and facilitating the singing of God’s people every Lord’s Day.

Pay will range from a weekly check of $100 to $200 with additional reimbursement for mileage traveled to the church.

Drawing from the words and ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ Himself, who serves as the titular Patron of our Church, the Vision of Christ Church Anglican is to offer refuge to broken and weary people without fear of judgment or condemnation; proclaim hope, forgiveness, and healing to sinners in search of mercy; and to offer the Lord Jesus Christ as the only means of salvation through the proclamation of the Gospel in Word and Sacrament to all people willing to put their faith in Him as Lord and Savior.
