The Woodstock Kids Grade Associate is responsible for overseeing Sunday and Wednesday Small Group, Large Group, and Age-Graded Worship. This role collaborates with fellow associates to develop and implement educational programming, including curriculum, crafts, scheduling, volunteer recruitment, and special events.

Additional responsibilities include organizing and scheduling the Age Division Worship for the 9:30 AM hour and assisting with camp coordination for 3rd-5th graders. Planning for special events may be assigned separately or carried out in partnership with the Special Events staff.

This is a full-time 38-hour-per-week position with a structured schedule that includes standard office hours as well as Sunday & Wednesday responsibilities. Some church-wide or department events may require flexibility in scheduling. Office hours fall within the range of 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM and will be determined during the hiring process.
