Duties and Responsibilities

1. Project Management for events
   1. Team night, Auditions, Essentials
   2. Scheduling teams for all events outside of the Sunday gatherings
2. Onboarding
   1. Manage workflows.
   2. Communicate with potential team members and assist them through the onboarding process.
   3. Schedule new team member interviews

1. Admin
   1. Database management: keeping all planning center databases up to date.
   2. Tagging and tracking important measures.
   3. Traction stuff such as weekly scorecards and keeping meeting notes.
2. Miscellaneous Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with miscellaneous duties during the gathering, including first steps, baptisms, communion, etc.
• Host a table or serve at Weekender and/or Vision Summit events.
• Assist in various ways with large-scale events like Kids Week, Fall Launch, etc.
