Job Overview
| 10-20 hours weekly (including the following)
· Leading worship team during Sunday worship gatherings: Approx. 3.5 hour commitment (arrive at 8:45am, conclude at end of Sunday worship gathering) · Lead worship team practice · Attend weekly staff meeting (via Zoom if needed): Approx. 1 – 1 ½ hours weekly · Take part in weekly worship planning meeting with lead pastor Approx. 30 minutes · Attend monthly coaching sessions with lead pastor (Approx 2 hours) · Coach/disciple assigned Worship Team Members

Job Description
- Lead worship team during weekly Sunday gathering (10:15 a.m.)
- Lead band practice
- Work with lead pastor, A/V Team Leader, and staff to plan weekly worship gatherings and strategize to continually enhance the Sunday gathering of BCC
- Plan events (like Easter, baptism, child dedication, etc.) and introducing new songs and creative elements
- Assist in selecting songs and planning worship services
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with staff
- Oversee and coach the A/V Team Leader
- Disciple, Coach, and maintain schedule for assigned Worship Team Members
- Help discover and develop new worship team members and leaders
