The worship director is a Spirit-empowered leader who leads our church into the presence of God and who leads the musicians as a shepherd.

Job Description

Responsibilities (10/hrs/week): -Organizes musicians for Sunday worship
-Chooses appropriate worship songs that correspond to the message, are God-honoring and are singable for diverse groups of people
-Leads group rehearsals (8:30 am on Sunday Mornings) and rehearses individually during the week
-Leads our congregation in worship of songs (10:00am on Sunday Mornings) 
-Shepherds the musicians by caring for them, praying for them and helping form community around them
-Attends an “all-staff” meeting once a month
-Helps the worship team to grow into a community
