Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Lead Worship Gatherings: Partner with the Lead Pastor to design worship services that rehearse the gospel and reflect the church's theological vision.
• Sunday Leadership: Lead worship for Sunday gatherings, creating an environment that encourages authentic, participatory worship.
• Rehearsals: Organize and lead weekly rehearsals, equipping vocalists and musicians to serve with excellence and intentionality.
• Develop Worship Team: Invest in the spiritual and musical growth of team members, cultivating a community that values humility, collaboration, and Christ-centered worship.
• Write and Curate Music: Compose gospel-centered, theologically rich, and missionally contextual songs, and curate music that aligns with the church's theology and vision.
• Oversee A/V: Manage the church's audio/visual systems to ensure seamless support for worship gatherings and other church events.
• Disciple Worship Community: Shepherd those serving in the worship ministry, helping them grow in their love for Christ and understanding of worship as a response to the gospel.

Qualifications:

• A deep love for Jesus and a desire to make Him known through music.
• 5+ years of experience leading worship in a church setting.
• Strong theological foundation and passion for gospel-centered worship.
• Proven ability to lead and develop vocalists, musicians, and worship teams.
• Skilled in organizing and executing worship gatherings that foster congregational engagement.
• A willingness to write and introduce original music that reflects biblical truth and engages our cultural context.
• Experience managing audio/visual systems is a plus.
• A heart for discipleship and the ability to shepherd worship team members in their spiritual growth.
