Role:

The Worship Director/Pastor is the primary shepherd of the worship ministry of Redeemer Bible Church. The Director/Pastor will provide leadership, direction, planning, and shepherding of all things related to Redeemer worship ministries.

Primary Responsibilities:

Prayer for Worship Ministry

Shepherding of Worship Team

Sunday Gathering Lead

Consult on Worship Ministry for Redeemer Generational Ministries

Consult and Support Other Churches Worship Ministries

Other Shepherding Responsibilities:

If hired on as a director, your shepherding will be primarily focused on the members of the worship ministry.

If hired on as a pastor/elder, you will have elder shepherding responsibilities that extend over the whole congregation.

The director/elder path will be discerned and discussed during the hiring process.

Requirements:

Must be, or become, a member of Redeemer Bible Church.

Demonstrate character in line with 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.

Humble in Spirit: selfless, quick to point out contributions of others, share credit, emphasize team over self, and define success collectively rather than individually.

Faithful in Work and Service: fully committed to the mission of Redeemer Bible Church, self-motivated, diligent, proactive, desiring to learn and grow.

Wise in Relationships: ability to work productively and collaboratively with others, strong interpersonal skills, asks good questions, listens to what others are saying, stays engaged in conversations intently.
