Position Summary:We're seeking a Worship Director who is passionate about creating dynamic worship experiences that lead people into the presence of God. The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature leader with musical excellence, a heart for discipleship, and the ability to build and lead teams. This person will oversee all aspects of our worship ministry, including Sunday services, team development, and creative planning.

Key Responsibilities:Lead worship regularly on Sundays and at special church gatherings with spiritual passion and musical excellence.Recruit, train, and shepherd worship team members, including vocalists, instrumentalists, and tech team partners.Plan and execute engaging worship sets that align with message themes and reflect the vision of Southridge.Collaborate with the lead pastor and creative team to enhance the worship experience with media, visuals, and storytelling.Oversee scheduling, rehearsals, and team communication through Planning Center.Cultivate a culture of worship off the platform by discipling team members and creating space for spiritual growth.Maintain excellence in sound, lighting, and production in partnership with AV/Tech leaders.Lead or assist with special events such as nights of worship, conferences, or outreach opportunities.

Qualifications:A deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ.Proven experience leading worship in a church setting.Strong vocal and/or instrumental ability (guitar or keys preferred).Proficiency in worship software (Planning Center, Multitracks, Ableton, etc.).Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a volunteer team.Creativity, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit.Commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Southridge Church.Background check required.

Bonus Qualities:Songwriting or arranging skillsBilingual (English/Spanish or English/Mandarin)Experience overseeing AVL/tech ministriesKnowledge of current worship trends and a heart for multi-generational worship
