Position Overview:

The Worship Director at The Well Church is responsible for guiding and leading the worship ministry. This ministry includes worship services, overseeing worship-related activities, and fostering spiritual growth within the congregation. This role requires a deep commitment to faith, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications:

● Strong Christian faith and a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

● Commitment to moral integrity and the Mission, Vision, and Values of The Well Church Network.

● Understanding and alignment with TWC's Doctrinal Statement (The Baptist Faith and Message 2000) and The Nashville Statement.

● Call to Vocational Ministry.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and plan weekly Sunday and Midweek worship gatherings in coordination with the Lead Pastor and team.

● Build, lead, and train worship team and volunteers.

● Develop and maintain relationships for evangelism and spiritual growth.

● Participate in weekly staff meetings and contribute to annual goal setting and evaluation.

● Manage worship ministry budget and provide pastoral care as needed.

● Maintain a healthy work/life balance, prioritizing family and personal well-being.

Skills and Abilities:

● Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

● Proficiency in relevant technology and a self-starter with a positive attitude.

● Ability to build and maintain relationships and lead a team effectively.

Position Details:

● Part-Time: 15-20 hours per week
