Baker's Grove Baptist Church of Mt. Juliet, TN is currently looking for a part-time Worship Leader to plan and lead a blended service on Sunday mornings.

• Additionally, the worship leader must be reasonably proficient on a musical instrument.
• Typically there would be a few evening services for Fifth Sunday Singing.
• The worship leader is responsible for preparing worship slides on ProPresenter, Easy Worship, or Proclaim.
• Ability to read and create lead sheets and chord charts is essential.

The goal for this position is to lead the church toward a full implementation of blended music through recruiting and incorporating a praise team.
