Worship Leader

Job Description:

We seek a passionate Worship Leader to guide our congregation in authentic, Christ-centered worship through music leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help plan and lead weekly worship services
• Work with Pastor to select theologically sound worship music
• Rehearse with and develop volunteer musicians
• Collaborate with pastoral staff on service planning
• Maintain music resources and equipment

Time Commitment: 8am-12 for Sunday services $250/Sunday

Additional AV and technical responsibilities are available for qualified candidates.

Position Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient acoustic guitar or keyboard skills
• Strong vocal abilities
• Heart for leading God's people in worship
• Basic understanding of audio equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in worship leadership
• Knowledge of traditional and contemporary worship styles
• Theological training

Christ's Community Church is a welcoming, Bible-based Church plant with the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church in the heart of Chuluota, Florida. Our unique open-air worship space in a pole barn allows us to celebrate God's presence among His creation every Sunday morning. We focus on authentic, Christ-centered teaching and fellowship in a casual, natural setting. We have been worshiping officially Sunday morning since 10/6/2024. We averaged 50 committed souls with the launch.
