The worship leader will select music and lead the worship portion of the Sunday morning service.

Job Description

• Plan and lead weekly services, under the direct leadership of the Senior Pastor, ensuring alignment with sermon and church's mission.
• Be able to contextualize the worship experience, by selecting music, leading worship, directing a small praise band, and scheduling and leading practices.
• Be able to lead a practice session before the worship service on Sunday morning.
• Foster and build a worship team.
• Occasionally incorporate youth and children's singing in the service.
