Highland Park First Baptist Church is looking for the man God has called to lead us to God's throne in worship each week. He will be responsible to lead, plan, organize, conduct, and evaluate a comprehensive music/worship ministry.

Will recruit, train and oversee volunteer participation in praise teams, adult/youth/children choirs, instrumentalists and a media/tech team.

Will lead the church in blended worship of various styles (Col. 3:16) that will include hymns, gospel music and contemporary praise songs which are doctrinally sound and promote strong congregational singing.
