Junction's First Baptist Church exists to worship and glorify King Jesus. We are prayerfully seeking the individual whom God has called to help lead us in worship, support our family and children's ministries, and share a passion for reaching the lost in our community.
We are a normative-sized church located in a rural community, and we believe God has great things in store. We are looking for someone with a heart for the Lord, a love for His people, and a desire to serve faithfully.
Our worship leans towards traditional, but we are seeking someone who can help lead our church into a more blended style.
Job Duties may include:
Prepare for and lead Sunday Worship ServiceOversee and maintain AV systemsCoordinate and lead music programs (choir, handbells, Sunday musicians, etc.)Assist in leading and building our family and children's ministries alongside other staff and volunteersBe present and involved in other church ministries and eventsOther ministry responsibilities based off individual giftings/callings/strengthsCompensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
