Job Overview

We are a new church plant in the heart of the suburbs in St Charles county across the river from St Louis. We are a church focused on helping create pockets of heaven in our community by focusing on reconciling the community around and helping them experience the goodness of God through mentorship, unity, and compassion.

We are seeking a part-time Worship Leader who is passionate about helping people encounter God through music, prayer, and the presence of the Holy Spirit and who is willing to assist the Pastor in helping plan weekly services.

Job Description

• Lead the congregation in worship

• Collaborate with the lead pastor to create a theologically rich and spiritually engaging worship experience

• Coordinate and develop volunteer musicians and vocalists

• Select songs that align with our mission of Christ-centered formation and unity

• Oversee basic tech needs (sound setup, slides, etc.)
