The Worship Leader is responsible for developing and promoting a comprehensive music ministry within Summertown Baptist Church.

1) Responsible for providing musical leadership for all worship services, including Sundays, some midweek services, seasonal/holiday programs, special services and other areas.

2) Be responsible for leading, teaching, and building the choir3) Lead congregational singing (Blended)

4) Lead and coordinate the choir, soloists, musical specials, or guests, instrumental groups and other matters as considered appropriate5) Provide servant leadership in the music ministry, focusing on supervising the current and or assigned music ministry teams.

Compensation is commensurate with education/training experience and will be paid in the form of weekly salary.
