Non-Denominational church in Avondale, Arizona is hiring a Worship Leader

Job Description

The Worship Leader (WL) is responsible for selecting the songs for the service(s) that they will

be leading no later than one (1) week in advance of the service. If it is a new song that is being

introduced that song(s) should be submitted no later than two (2) weeks prior to the service.

The WL is responsible for conducting the rehearsal the week of the service that they will be

leading.

The ability to teach and arrange vocal parts is not a requirement but is a skillset that we are

seeking.

The WL may be required to come to rehearsals earlier or stay afterward in order to work out any

musical arrangements with the Music Director.

The WL should be familiar with Planning Center Online (PCO) as this is the means in which we

schedule our services.
