Parkview Baptist Church is in an exciting season of revitalization, prayerfully pursuing a renewed culture that is deeply rooted in the Gospel and centered on Christ in all we do. We gather in a beautiful and spacious facility, with room for growth and ministry expansion. On Sunday mornings, we welcome 100-150 worshipers, and we are sure that God will continue growing our church as we proclaim His Word and lift high the name of Jesus. We are looking for a Worship Minister who shares our passion for Biblical, gospel-driven worship and desires to help lead our congregation into greater joy and unity in the Lord through song, Scripture, and prayer.

The right candidate will see this position not only as a chance to lead music but also as a calling to shepherd hearts, disciple others, and help foster a Christ-exalting atmosphere in our gatherings.

This Role Might Be for You:

• You're a seminary student or ministry-minded believer who wants to do hands-on, local church ministry alongside your studies.
• You're passionate about seeing a church's worship culture transformed to be more Gospel-centered.
• You want to join a pastoral team that values discipleship, prayer, and the centrality of God's Word.

• Lead and develop gospel-centered worship for Sunday gatherings.
• Look for opportunities to blend traditional, liturgical elements of worship with Gospel-centered contemporary elements of worship.
• Collaborate with the pastor in planning services that align with our revitalization vision.
• Build and disciple a worship team that reflects biblical unity and excellence.
• Engage in the life of a church where God is doing a fresh work and where there's space for new ideas and faithful ministry.
• Make use of a large, beautiful facility for ministry initiatives, outreach, and community engagement.
• A huge bonus would also be the ability to lead worship occasionally from our exceptional, well-kept organ.

While this position is currently part-time, there is significant potential for it to become a long-term and expanded role as the church continues to grow. There are several local Christian schools and coffee shops in the area that could help supplement income.
