Job Description:

Join Christ's Family Church in Davenport, Iowa, as the new Worship and Outreach Director/Pastor to collaborate with church leadership in planning worship services, leading music, and managing outreach initiatives. You will be instrumental in recruiting volunteers, overseeing worship tech, and integrating a blend of worship and media elements to enhance services. Your role will extend to local outreach, particularly college Bible Studies, and providing theological teaching support within the church community.

Position Qualifications:

• Musical proficiency in playing the guitar and piano
• Light knowledge of media/tech and sound systems and soundboard operation
• Familiarity with presentation software like ProPresenter and Planning Center Online
• Equipper mindset to identify, empower and develop team members
• Ability to connect with the congregation
• Passion for outreach into the community
• Bachelors Degree
