The Worship Pastor is primarily responsible for helping and supporting the Lead Pastor of Broadway Church, in any and every way possible, in making the overall ministry of the church more effective and glorifying to God. Primarily, this pastor equips members to serve in the worship ministry of the Church to encourage congregational participation in multi-generational worship through the use of psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. This man is to be qualified as an elder according to 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:5–9.
