Calvary Baptist Church is currently seeking a full-time Worship Pastor to join our ministry team. Calvary is a medium sized contemporary church located near the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. We are looking for a passionate individual who has a heart for worship and a desire to lead our congregation in encountering God through music and worship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and lead engaging worship services
• Work in partnership with the pastoral team
• Cultivate a dynamic worship environment that connects with all ages, particularly college students

Qualifications:

• Strong musical abilities (vocal and instrumental)
• Experience in leading worship in a church setting
• A heart for ministry and discipleship
