Position SummaryThe Worship Pastor will provide spiritual and musical leadership for the worship ministry,including leading worship, equipping volunteer teams, managing worship and techministries, and fostering a culture of Christ-centered excellence in all aspects of worship.

Qualifications– A growing, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ.– Proficiency vocally and instrumentally (guitar/keyboard preferred).– Ability to read scores and lead sheets.– Ability to lead choir and orchestra.– 3-5 years worship leadership experience.– Strong leadership, communication, and organization.– Familiarity with Planning Center, ProPresenter, click tracks, Google Suite.– Heart for discipleship and shepherding volunteers.

– Proficiency with AV systems.
