Element is looking for a leader and creator who understands the compelling and transformative power of worship, for the Element family and for the artists who lead. The right Worship Pastor will fit into a healthy staff culture of humility, trust, authenticity, and collaboration.

This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is confident but doesn't take themselves too seriously, is passionate about discipling artists and worship leaders, and understands and embraces a high level of responsibility as part of the Executive Team at Element.
