Job Purpose The Worship Pastor leads the congregation in musical worship giving glory to God, encouraging believers, and sharing the truth with those who need to hear the gospel. About the Position The Worship Pastor will be responsible for leading a multi-generational worship music program including progressive/traditional music. Responsibilities Effectively lead the worship ministry teams: Choirs, Praise TeamsWorship band, handbells, children, and youth Coordinate worship planning, rehearsal schedules, special events, and programs related to the worship ministry. Responsible for working with the technology team creating media presentations and live streaming of our worship services. Qualifications Meets the qualifications of pastor in I Timothy 3 and Titus 1 Bachelor's degree Must be at least 21 years of age A self-starter with strong organizational and leadership skills Proficiency in playing musical instruments and vocal leadership
