The Music Director will be the pastor on staff responsible for executing the Sunday morning service. This will include prelude and postlude, the regular worship set, any special music (choir/orchestra) on a given morning, and coordinating special elements. He will work with the senior pastor to plan the flow of each service with the short-term goal of serving congregational worship and long-term goal of "letting the Word of Christ dwell richly" in the people (Col 3:16). The Music Director will also help coach the youth worship team for Wednesday nights.
