Judson Baptist Church in Walker, LA is seeking a full-time salaried Worship Pastor to serve our growing congregation of 300+. Our church is multi-generational with a focus on extending both uncompromising truth and compassionate grace. We are praying for a Worship Pastor who will join us in reaching and discipling families in our community for the Kingdom!

The Worship Pastor must be a man of Christian integrity who is passionately committed to fulfilling the Great Commission and able to shepherd the congregation. The Worship Pastor will be responsible for developing and evaluating all aspects of music, sound, and media that could be used to communicate Judson Baptist Church’s mission and vision.

Qualifications

• Meets biblical qualifications of a pastor (1 Timothy 3:1-7; 2 Timothy 2:19-25; Titus 1:7-9)
• Competent theologian and musician (1 Timothy 4:16; Psalm 33:3)
• Agrees with Baptist Faith & Message 2000 and the Judson Ministry Plan
• Experience playing in a worship team
• Experience leading a team
