Plan, lead and oversee the the churches worship services, incorporating a variety of musical styles that reflect the churches, traditional and contemporary diversity. Collaborate with the senior pastor and other ministry leaders to create worship services that align with biblical teaching. Ensure that all musical selections, including hymns, contemporary worship songs and southern gospel pieces are theologically sound, and encourage congregational participation. Lead rehearsals and provide mentorship and training for volunteers, encouraging excellence and worship. Oversee manage worship, ministry resources, including equipment sound, audio, and visual components. Engage with the congregation to cultivate an atmosphere of authentic worship and spiritual growth.
