Job Description
We are Sturgeon Bay Community Church (EFCA) in Door County, WI; and we are currently searching for a F/T Worship Pastor/Leader. God is doing something special through our church family here in NE Wisconsin. Would you prayerfully consider our attached job profile (below)—and then ask the Lord, “Would you have me serve you and your kingdom at SBCC?”
A couple of notes: First, this is a great opportunity to build a ministry from the ground up without a lot of “we-used-to-do-it-this-way” sentiment from our church family. Second, we view worship comprehensively and holistically. Worship is more than just churning out Sunday music sets. It includes the space in which we worship, sight, sound, discipleship, outreach, and thoughtful (but not heavy-handed) liturgical elements.
God has made you to create, so let’s explore together in a collaborative way how God might use the totality of worship for his glory and his kingdom. He is worthy of our very best!
