The worship pastor at Malvern Hill Baptist Church serves as the pastor responsible for music and worship service planning and preparation as well as direction and oversight of A/V technologies. The principle purpose of this pastoral staff position is to organize and facilitate worship through music, leading the church body of Malvern Hill to worship Jesus Christ.
