New Salem Baptist Church in Kennesaw, GA, is seeking a part-time Worship Pastor. This position will oversee our worship ministry by leading the church in meaningful worship.

The ideal candidate would have a desire: To lead the church in true worship through a variety of worship music.To build into a worship ministry team that would include the sound and media ministry, and a praise team.To work collaboratively with a strong staff team.To prepare for each Sunday with organized communication, practice, and prayer.To be innovative with worship, songs, and gatherings.To be a disciple who desires to make more disciples through our discipleship groups.To be a part of what God is doing at New Salem and how He continues to grow us.

The position currently requires a minimum of one night a week for practice, Sunday morning service (10:45am) and any special events or worship nights, 10-15 hours a week.
