The Worship Pastor must lead the congregation in vibrant, gospel-centered, doctrinally-sound, spirit-led worship. Creative and distraction free services should be produced to glorify God and influence the church to grow as worshipers of Jesus Christ. Recruit and lead volunteers to produce various services, and disciple others to grow in their relationship with Christ. Musical and production skills and a commitment to growth in personal discipleship are necessary.
