We're looking for a Worship Pastor who is passionate about helping people experience the presence of God through powerful, Spirit-filled worship. At Radiant Church, worship isn't just about music—it's about creating life-changing moments that draw people closer to Jesus.

As our Worship Pastor, you'll lead and shepherd worship teams, oversee all aspects of planning and execution for our worship services, and champion Radiant's DNA of creative, authentic worship. You'll build strong relationships with staff, volunteers, and musicians while inspiring and equipping others to use their gifts for God's glory.
