Advances the mission of Real Life by overseeing all aspects of our worship ministry.

● Shepherds & provides pastoral care for individuals involved on worship & tech teams. ● Oversees Tech Director, Worship Coordinator, Worship Leaders & Interns. ● Oversees all aspects of worship services

○ Curates elements & flow: calls to worship, scripture readings, songs, silence ○ Assigns parts, harmonies, tracks, charts, etc. ○ Prepares for & leads weekly rehearsals ○ Ensures quality Lighting, Sound, Video, Slides, Livestream ○ Oversees Set Up & Tear Down ○ Curates/Maintains song bank (Modern Songs, Rich Hymns of the faith, Original Songs written by

Real Lifers) ● Identifies, Recruits, and Develops worship leaders, musicians & vocalists. ● Leads Worship for special events. ● Provides coaching & resourcing to other worship environments (Real Life Kids & Students) ● Stays Current w/ trends in church worship & technology ● Other responsibilities assigned according to gifts & as needed. ● The ideal candidate is a high capacity leader, able to flourish in a fluid growing organization,

relational, personable, able & eager to learn & leverage emerging technology, works well in & under authority, problem solver, low drama, "can do" enthusiastic attitude, high momentum, able to maintain physical, spiritual, emotional & relational health.
