Job Description

• Guide spiritual growth through worship theology, create engaging worship sessions, and oversee all worship planning, audio/visual needs, and music programs with a balanced ‘doer’ and attractional approach.
• Collaborate with staff, lead pastoral care, and fulfill ministry obligations in a dynamic, compassionate, and mission-minded faith community.
• Empower worshippers to experience God through engaging worship sessions and intentional planning as the Worship Pastor at Southland Baptist Church.
• Participate in staff functions, lead meetings, and provide pastoral care within a faith community committed to transformation, love, and service.
• Utilize your skills in worship theology, music leadership, and technology to guide spiritual growth, foster engagement, and contribute to fulfilling the church’s mission of glorifying God and spreading His love locally and globally.
