Worship Pastor

THE MISSION

Summit Church exists to glorify God by making disciples that represent the gospel to every man, woman and child.

We are 3 congregations in Southwest Florida that are built upon God-Glorifying, Gospel-Centered, Missionally-Driven, Disciple-Making ministry. Our intent is that this kind of ministry would reproduce people who demonstrate the 5 outcomes of biblical discipleship – pursuing Intimacy with God, growing in the Fruit of the Spirit, cultivating Stewardship of Life, engaging in their Personal Mission, and sharing their Grace Story.

THE ROLE

Worship Pastor, Summit Naples

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a Worship Pastor who is more than a song leader—someone who loves to shepherd people and sees worship as a vital means of discipleship. This role is for a man who either already serves as an ordained pastor or who is eager to pursue eldership, with the desire to join our elder team in guiding the church toward maturity in Christ. As a Worship Pastor, he will lead our gathered worship with both theological depth and Spirit-filled dependence, weaving together songs, prayers, Scripture, and other liturgical elements in a way that lifts our eyes toward Christ and roots our hearts in the gospel. Above all, we long for a pastor who will cultivate a culture of worship that not only exalts God on Sundays but shapes our everyday lives. This role will also include additional responsibilities which will be determined by the individuals giftings, talents, and passions (outreach, discipleship, assimilation, etc.) upon hire.
