Skyline Church is currently seeking a part time Worship Resident who can oversee and facilitate the weekly worship rhythms for our church.

Job Description

As a Worship Resident, you are in charge of primarily all things worship related including the Sunday morning operation of leading the congregation and your worship team, preparing for each Sunday service with song selection and any relevant liturgy components, communicating with your worship team, and managing the song database.

In addition, Skyline recognizes the significance of using music as a tool for shepherding people's hearts in worship. As a result, you will have time built into your week to sharpen your skills as a musician via personal development and practice. You will also participate in weekly staff rhythms such as staff meetings and receive personal discipleship and check-ins via 1:1 meetings facilitated by your supervisor.
