Job Overview

Music:

• Recruit, train, schedule, and provide regular communication with Worship Team Volunteers
• Work with Lead Pastor to plan weekly services and special events
• Serve as primary worship leader
• Lead Sunday morning rehearsal
• Continue to expand our worship music rotation with theologically sound songs from reputable sources
• Maintain CCLI licensing requirements
• Oversee care of church musical equipment

Tech:

• Provide leadership and oversight to the Tech Ministry (audio, projection, ProPresenter, livestreaming, video/audio recording, etc.)
• Recruit, train, schedule, and provide regular communication with Tech Team Volunteers
• Update various software and subscriptions
• Maintain and steward various church tech/business accounts (Adobe, Microsoft, Apple, Sweetwater, Guitar Center, NVIDIA, iStock. HP, Vistaprint, etc.)
• Maintain and steward various social media channels (Youtube, Facebook, Rumble, Instagram)
• Perform weekly video & MP3 editing (sermon videos, shorts, etc.)
• Perform weekly or otherwise necessary creation of digital media (sermon slides, pre-service slides, web banners, special event media, etc.)
• In conjunction with Tech Leader, oversee care of church technical equipment

Maintenance:

• Assist the Assistant Pastor with seasonal clean up, maintenance, or other projects as needed

Job Description

The current job is approximately 30 hours a week, with room to grow. The primary responsibilities revolve around Worship Services on Sunday (and all the coordination relating to the service), and video editing/social media management/content creation during the week.
