Under the supervision of the Next Gen Pastor, the Young Adult Pastor/Director is responsible for overseeing the spiritual development and growth of single young adults at Whitesburg Baptist Church. The Young Adult Pastor/Director plays a vital role in guiding and shepherding young adults in their faith journey, both within the church community and beyond. The Young Adult Pastor/Director should have a passion for working with single young adults (22-29 years old), strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep commitment to helping young adults grow in their relationship with God. Ultimately, we seek to see young adults encounter Jesus and experience life change. We pray that each member will be, make, and multiply disciples. In light of this, the Young Adults Pastor/Director will lead a ministry that helps young adults to connect, to grow, and to serve in Christ and his church.
